How HŌM agents send consumer app invitations via text message and how consent is collected.

About the HŌM SMS Program
HŌM (operated by PropCents, Inc.) operates a consumer app invitation program through which licensed real estate agents on the HŌM Pro platform may send a single SMS invitation to a prospective consumer client. The invitation contains a download link for the HŌM consumer app and is sent on behalf of the agent through HŌM's platform infrastructure.
Our SMS messages are transactional only. We do not send marketing messages, promotional offers, or financial product advertisements via SMS.
How Consent Is Collected
HŌM serves consumers through the real estate agents who invite them to the platform. Before any invitation SMS is sent, the agent is required to check a consent acknowledgment inside the HŌM Pro app. The Send Invite button remains disabled until this step is completed.
In-App Consent
The following screen is presented to the agent inside HŌM Pro before the invitation message is sent.
Agent Consent Disclosure
"I confirm this person has a pre-existing relationship with me and has verbally agreed to receive a text message invitation via HŌM. By checking this box, I attest to their consent on their behalf."
Upon submission, HŌM logs the agent's user ID, the recipient's phone number, a timestamp, and the attestation version, creating an auditable consent record in the platform.
Types of Messages
Consumers may receive a single invitation message containing:
A personalized greeting from their agent by name
A brief description of the HŌM consumer app
A download link to thehomapp.com
Instructions to reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance
Message Frequency
This program sends a single invitation message per contact. No recurring messages are sent through this program. Message frequency is one message per invitation event.

Data Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from HŌM.
